About The Owner

Having purchased and sold a number of properties as an amateur investor, David R Cook, became serious about the Florida Real Estate market when he and his wife Carla returned to the area in 2010 from Marion County. With the purchase his childhood home on Lake Eustis, part of the Harris chain of lakes, this was David’s second return to the area. The first return was in 1988 when he was honorably discharged from the military where he proudly served with the United States Marine Corps.

Being extremely agile in a face-paced and ever-changing environment, David found his niche in the real estate market as an independent licensed sales broker for both residential and commercial real estate. Soon after, David added a second division to Cook and Company Realty, Inc. with an opportunity to purchase a local property management business from an industry colleague. Cook & Company Realty, Inc. set out to become the best organization to bring homebuyers, sellers, investors and residents together for a mutually beneficial experience!
